Solihull Tudor Grange Academy - The Bulge Unit.

An impressive wrap round single-storey extension and access corridor to the existing sports hall. This created a further two interconnecting classrooms and large store.

A traditional masonry construction under a Kingspan composite roof with the access corridor across the front of the building connecting the original entrance to the new extension.

Works also included linking the existing mechanical and electrical system to the new associated external works, drainage, fit out, FEE and security access.
