Conversion of an existing Library Block and construction of a purpose-built special educational SEMH ( Social, Emotional, Mental Health ) Centre. Works included formation of open-plan teaching space, Lobby area, office area and 4 separate teaching spaces and Kitchenette. Created new openings into existing building and refurbished area and remediation of existing structure. Works also consisted of the installation of new Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Data, Fire and Security package.
